Providers
The providers you have accounts with, and your terms.
providers is required on every resolve: the providers you have accounts with, comma-separated, in order of preference for ties. It is names only; Rhumb never sees your provider keys.
First-party APIs use their own names (openai, anthropic, mistral …); gemini is the Gemini API, vertex Google Cloud, bedrock AWS, azure-openai Azure and openrouter the router. Local runtimes (ollama, lmstudio, llama.cpp, mlx, webllm) are providers too: list the ones the device has, with its memory (see Local models). GET /v1/vocabulary lists every name.
provider_terms tells Rhumb about your contract with a provider, so the comparison is fair: openrouter:byok (no credit fee), gemini:free_tier (free, but never zero data retention and with tight rate limits) or openai:discount:0.2.
