Purposes

A purpose is a reviewed recipe named after what an app does, such as read-receipts: it sets the task, the needed capabilities, the quality signals to rank by and the typical usage. Your own parameters override the preset's.

GET /v1/purposes lists them with their aliases; an alias (receipt ocr) works wherever the id does. Calling it is free.
